Slides

  • Bring your slides on a USB flash memory and turn it in for virus detection at the Presentation Reception Desk.
  • All presentation slides are to be stored on a Workshop PC.
  • Projection of slides are to be made using the Workshop PC.

Posters

  • A0 size (W841*H1189mm) Portrait Format is recommended.
  • The panel size is W900*H2100mm. The display area is W900*H1800mm.
  • Poster Rooms (Room 401/402) open at 10:00 Monday, Oct. 10th. for you to put up posters. All the posters can be on display till Thursday 17:00.
  • Any posters left on the panel after 17:00 Thursday, Oct. 12th will be discarded.
